Description
Glue requires no mixing, it will grip in 30 seconds. When opening glue bottle the nozzle needs no cutting (already opened), due to the needle inside the nozzle cap. Just twist cap and use.
Directions;
1. Clean the surface area to be bonded. The surfaces to be bonded should be free of oil or grease and thoroughly cleaned before applying the glue.
Free of rust, oil, grease or residues from previous glues. If previous glue or old paint are present on the surfaces to be joined it may be necessary to slightly roughen the area with sandpaper and then clean before applying glue (this will ensure strong and lasting bond).
2. Apply in small amounts to one surface only.
3. The parts should then be mated together under pressure (30 seconds). This causes the adhesive to spread out into a thin film and assures optimum glue performance.
Cures 10 to 60 seconds for most applications. Full cure is normally within 8 - 24 hrs. Dries clear.
Environmentally friendly, non toxic and bio-degradable.
Note For Storing: The company guarantees life time shelf life when kept in the refrigerator. Keep Refrigerated (after opening of the container). Allow the glue to gradually warm to room temperature prior to use (40 degrees F).
Note; Glue bottle contains 20 grams, but it appears not to be full, this is normal, an exact amount of air is placed inside of bottle (by machine) so it doesn't harden in the bottle.
Sinbad Accelerator (Spray Top) is used with the glue when gluing porous or absorbent materials (wood, leather, stone, plastic, glass). Accelerator enables intensification of the strength (3 times stronger). Shortening of the time of hardness.
It is not necessary to use accelerator with the Glue Gel.
The Glue Gel is already very concentrated, seals pores automatically, and grips in 45 to 60 seconds.
Directions;
1. Clean material, free from rust, oil and grease.
2. Apply accelerator on one side of the surface material.
3. Apply glue on the other material surface.
4. Join both parts together.
5. Hold pressed for 10 seconds.
