About Glues:
Cyanoacrylates - Are generally fast setting glues. Our
glues have 3 different settings;
- Filler Glue - grips in 5 seconds - watery, made to be used with the filler (stops leaks, 3,000 lbs. pressure).
- Glue - grips in 30 seconds - not watery, have time to position the item being glued.
- Glue Gel - grips in 45-60 seconds - no drip when working underneath the item being glued.
Works on metal, rubber, vinyl, glass, plastic, wood, leather, stone, fiberglass, cork, canvas, etc. The item must be clean. Dries clear. Full cure 8-24 hours.
Epoxies - Are slow setting glues but have enormous strength.
Usually requires mixing. Plastic materials can be a problem. Our Epoxy can
be used on items that are already underwater. Works on metal, stone, fiberglass.
Resists oil, gas, resins. Sets in 4 minutes, 300 F.
Myethacrylate - Are slow setting glues with enormous strength
and used under high heat conditions. Works on metal, stone, fiberglass,
plastics, wood, etc.. Cleaning the surface is not necessary, this will go
through oil, grease, resin, etc.
Polyurethane - Are generally used on wood and upholstery,
due to its watery base. They are slow setting, and will not dissolve the
upholstery.
Fabric Glue - These glues are designed for hemming and
patching for all types of fabric to fabric. Our fabric glue will also do
fabric to beads (pearls, rhinestones). Then the fabrics then can be washed
and dried. Dries clear.
